Kerala Startup Commons: KSUM invites applications from service providers

Project aims at providing wide range of services to startups

Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 23: Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from agencies that can provide financial, legal and technology services to startups at affordable cost under the government project “Kerala Startup Commons.”

Under the project, KSUM is planning to constitute a panel of vendors from various domains, whose expertise and guidance can be tapped by fledgling ventures in the state. Kerala Startup Commons” will facilitate startups to avail a whole range of services from the empaneled vendors at a discount rate.

The platform will facilitate a wide range of services required by startups such as advice on legal and compliance matters, finance; patenting, licensing and technology transfers; technical and business support; infrastructure, product licensing and quality certifications;  investments; business promotions and social media projection , pitching and presentation supports; building business linkages, International partnerships and networking, mentorship, motivation and counseling.

The selected agencies will be empaneled as service providers under the project. The agency can be an individual or a registered entities with a minimum of five years of expertise in providing facilitation services to companies, especially startups in the specified matters.

KSUM is the nodal agency of the Kerala Government for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state.
