Technopark-based Reflections among India’s Top 10 mid-size workplaces for women

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 05: Reflections Info Systems, a prominent technology innovation services provider based in Technopark here, has been recognized among Top 10 India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2026 in Mid-size category by Great Place To Work (GPTW), a global authority on workplace culture.

Reflections Info Systems has got the recognition for fostering a sense of gender equity and equality in the workplace and contributing to the vision of making India a Great Place To Work for all. GPTW certified for the third year in a row, from January 2026 to January 2027, the company has significantly improved its position, moving from the Top 50 in 2025 to the Top 10 in 2026 in the category.

Reflections Info Systems also ranked 24th among India’s Top 50 Mid-Size Workplaces 2026 by GPTW, improving last year’s ranking at 39.

Reflections was chosen in the category based on the percentage of women employees in the workforce and women employees sharing at least 70 percent positive feedback on the Trust Index assessment (GPTW’s globally renowned framework to measure employee experience). The company was further assessed on the workplace experience of women (binary), gender parity in experience, and representation across levels and within the respective industries.

Reflections was also listed among Top 100 India’s Best Workplaces in IT & IT-BPM 2025 and among Top 50 India’s Best Workplaces for Millennials 2025 in the Mid-Size category. The company had also received the recognition as India the Best Employer for Women in the Small (under 500 employees) category in 2024 by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) for encouraging greater participation of diverse talent at the workplace.
