Technopark invites tenders for prefab IT building - Design & Build type at Phase-3 campus

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 04: Technopark has invited e-tenders from reputed developers to design and construct a prefabricated IT office building with approximately two lakh sqft of total built-up area at its Phase III campus here.

The project covers the design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of the proposed prefabricated IT office building on a design-and-build basis.

The bidder shall be an Indian company, LLP, partnership or proprietorship, legally eligible to contract, with at least seven years’ continuous experience in building construction and at least five years in design, fabrication and erection of prefabricated/PEB/steel-composite commercial, institutional, office, hotel, hospital or industrial buildings.

Bidders shortlisted from Stage 1 will be invited to present their project execution strategy before a Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) comprising both internal representatives and external domain experts.

The contract period is 15 months. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Park Centre, Technopark Phase-I on October 23 at 11.30 am.
