Ernakulam holds meeting of dairy cooperative presidents

Kochi, Aug 19: The Ernakulam district-level meeting of presidents of dairy cooperatives under the Ernakulam Regional Cooperative Milk Producers’ Union (Milma) was inaugurated by Regional Union chairman C.N. Valsalan Pillai.

Mr Pillai informed the meeting that the district-level meetings of presidents and secretaries of dairy cooperatives in all four districts under the Regional Union had been completed ahead of the annual general meeting.

It was decided to hold the Regional Union’s annual general meeting at the Perumbavoor Municipal Town Hall on September 26.

Former Chairman John Theruvath, board members Najeeb P.S., Seenu George and K. C. Martin, and Managing Director Wilson J. Puravakkattu spoke at the meeting.

Board members Johnson K.K., Sathyan T.N., Tara Unnikrishnan, Paul Mathew, Shaju Veliyan, Radhakrishnan, Sony Ettakkan and Joymon, P&I Manager Bobby P.A. and auditor Sreejith also attended the meeting.
