Insight Educational Trust announces 100% scholarships for CUSAT-recognised Design and Data Science & AI Programmes

Kochi, Aug 10: In a significant initiative to promote access to quality higher education, Insight Educational Trust has announced 100 per cent scholarships for 10 eligible students who have completed Plus Two and plan to pursue careers in Design and Data Science & Artificial Intelligence.

The scholarships are being offered for undergraduate programmes at the Insight Centre for Design, whose programmes are recognised by the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT).

The initiative aims to identify talented students with strong academic ability and creative potential while ensuring that financial limitations do not become a barrier to higher education.

Under this initiative, ten selected students will be awarded 100 per cent scholarships covering the full programme fee, subject to the Trust's scholarship terms and conditions. Selection will be based on academic merit, aptitude, creativity, and performance during the scholarship evaluation process.

The scholarship covers programmes in Product Design, Communication Design, Fashion Design, and Data Science & Artificial Intelligence. The curriculum combines academic learning with practical industry exposure through live projects, design studios, technology laboratories, internships, workshops, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Announcing the initiative, Rahul R., IRS (Retd.), Chairman of Insight Educational Trust, said the scholarship programme reflects the Trust's vision of nurturing a new generation of innovators, designers, and technology leaders capable of addressing future societal and industrial challenges.

“Through this initiative, Insight Educational Trust is committed to ensuring that every deserving student, irrespective of financial background, has access to quality higher education in Design and Artificial Intelligence,” he noted.

“Our objective is to create future-ready professionals who combine creativity, technology, and innovation to contribute meaningfully to society and industry. This scholarship programme is an investment in India’s young talent and their limitless potential,” Mr Rahul said.

 Registration will be open till September 2.
