Kerala IT to host Kerala GCC Outlook 2026 on July 21

Thiruvananthapuram, July18: Kerala is all set to unveil a comprehensive GCC Feasibility Report, which aims at attracting Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and positioning itself as a prime GCC hub by leveraging global opportunities.

Industries, Commerce, IT &AI Minister Shri PK Kunhalikutty will launch the report at the ‘Kerala GCC Outlook 2026’ conclave on July 21.

‘Kerala GCC Outlook 2026’ is a strategic platform to discuss Kerala’s growing GCC ecosystem and the emerging opportunities to help the state position itself as a major GCC hub in the country.

Shri V Muraleedharan, MLA, will preside over the function to be held at the Park Centre, Technopark Phase-1, here at 4.30 pm. Thiruvananthapuram Corporation Mayor Shri V V Rajesh will deliver the special address.

Shri Seeram Samabasiva Rao IAS, Special Secretary, Department of Electronics & IT, Govt. of Kerala, will welcome the gathering. Shri Sandip Kumar IAS, CEO, Technopark, will deliver a vote of thanks.

On the occasion, an MoU will be exchanged between Infoparks Kerala and Bengaluru—headquartered  ANSR, a global firm specializing in the establishment of GCCs. Shri Srinivasan Sarvabhouman, CFO, ANSR, will present the Kerala Feasibility Report 2026.

Shri Sunil S S, Councillor; Shri Susanth Kurunthil, CEO, Infoparks Kerala; and Shri Rony Sebastian, Secretary, GTECH, will also be present.

The GCC Feasibility Report will present the state’s readiness and strategic roadmap for attracting and scaling GCCs.

The event will also bring together senior government officials, industry leaders, GCC executives, consultants and ecosystem stakeholders. They will deliberate on Kerala’s competitive advantages, emerging opportunities and the way forward for ramping up the state’s position as a preferred GCC destination.

A leadership panel discussion on "Kerala GCC Opportunity: From Strategic Assessment to Accelerated Growth" will be held at 2:30 PM as a prelude to the main programme. The session will be moderated by Shri Srinivasan Sarvabhouman and it will feature distinguished industry leaders, including Shri Hrishikesh Nair, Chief Operating Officer, Brigade Enterprises Ltd.; Smt Suja Chandy, Chief Sustainability Officer (Global) & Managing Director, India Zafin; Shri Jipu Jose James, Managing Director, PDS India, JLL; and Shri Karthik Parasuram, General Manager & Centre Head, NOV's Digital Technology Center.
