‘Women’s Day Summit’ at Infopark marks International Women’s Day

Kochi, Mar 30: As part of International Women’s Day, a summit was held in Kochi focusing on the theme of the role of women’s entrepreneurship in the evolving IT ecosystem of the city. The Women’s Day Summit was jointly organized by Infopark-based company NOV, Kinder Hospitals, and the startup collective Ava Bharat.
The event, held at Lulu Twin Towers in Kochi, saw the participation of numerous professionals from the IT sector. Experts led various sessions on topics including career growth, leadership skills, and emerging women-centric opportunities in the startup ecosystem.
Sessions were led by Saritha Nair, HR Leader at IBM Kochi; Sujatha Madhav, Head of Strategic Initiatives at TCS; and Grisbin Jobinson, Senior Director at LinkedIn. They were joined by noted figures such as former Kerala Startup Mission Project Director Karthik Parashuram, Lakshmi Nair, Sarina Azeez, and Jilu Joseph, who shared their experiences. Discussions on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in workplaces and emerging trends in the HR sector were particularly insightful.
The summit provided a platform for women entrepreneurs and professionals to experiment with new ideas and engage with experts. It also offered guidance not only for those working in the IT sector but also for aspiring entrepreneurs and individuals looking to advance their careers.
