Women’s Wellness Day held at Govt Cyberpark

Kozhikode, Mar 18: As part of International Women’s Day, Government Cyberpark, in collaboration with Gyno Gym and Calicut Forum of IT (CAFIT), organised special wellness initiative dedicated to women’s health and fitness.
The program included Body Composition Analysis (InBody Checkup), expert fitness consultations with master coaches, and personalised nutrition guidance to help participants understand and improve their overall wellbeing.
