Ms Viktoria Stefanova from Russia, who is on her maiden visit to God’s Own Country, said she considers Kerala as a potential Ayurveda destination and the topics discussed at the conclave were riveting and highly informative.

She said normally, Russia has winter 6-7 months a year and currently, the weather is minus 20; prompting her to visit India looking for Ayurveda therapy. “Ayurveda is popular in Russia but we don’t have enough information about the other specialties of the traditional medicine,” added Ms Stefanova.

Besides serving as a forum for clinching business collaborations, the two-day meet will see insightful presentations by Ayurveda and wellness experts and industry stakeholders, imparting an impetus to the state’s efforts to emerge as a leader in Ayurveda and wellness tourism based on a responsible and sustainable development model.

The conclave also serves as a strategic platform for knowledge exchange, policy development, B2B networking, and global collaborations, thereby accelerating Kerala’s emergence as the world’s most trusted destination for Ayurveda and holistic wellness tourism.

A day-long structured B2B interaction connecting 150 international & domestic buyers and 100 Ayurveda service providers from Kerala will be held on February 3 at Dimora Hotel at Thondayad Bypass Road near Cyberpark, Kozhikode.
