Kozhikode, Dec 30: Software development major IOCOD Infotech is all set to open its new office at Sahya Cyberpark (SEZ) here on January 11, 2026 as part of strengthening its presence in Kerala’s growing IT landscape and preparing for its next phase of growth in the global fintech domain.

Headquartered at Cyberpark Kozhikode, the company’s new at Sahya Cyberpark is the largest office space within the IT Park. With this expansion, IOCOD’s team strength has crossed 100 employees, marking a key milestone in its growth journey.
 
Cyberpark COO Vivek Nair said the expansion of IOCOD is a testimony to the robust IT ecosystem of Kozhikode and more IT companies are gearing up to expand their operations in Cyberpark. 

As a nascent company five years ago, IOCOD was launched with 20 employees and now it has grown into a major software solutions provider with a strong presence in the fintech domain.

Fasil K K, Founder & CEO, IOCOD Infotech, said among the company’s notable software solutions is Easify, a U.S.-focused communications and marketing platform with a turnover exceeding $3.64 million. IOCOD has established itself as a strong and trusted name in the global fintech market. In contrast to the common practice of co-founding startups, Fasil built IOCOD from the scratch through his singular determination and precise foresight.
