Kochi / November 27, 2025

Kochi, Nov 27: MERP Systems, a CMMI Level 3 appraised, Microsoft Gold Partner and software services company enabling commercial organizations to strengthen their digital transformation capabilities, has expanded operations at the Carnival Campus of Infopark, Kochi.

Until now, MERP Systems—whose services are primarily delivered to clients in the United States—has largely operated from its Infopark Cherthala  office. The new Kochi location marks an important step in the company’s growth strategy tied to its expanding engagements in the U.S. and Middle East, said MERP Director Rohit Kumar.

“Microsoft-based digital transformation continues to be at the core of our service offerings. We deliver these solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft AI technologies,” Rohit noted.

Dr. Gopakumar, Head of AI Practice added that MERP is actively considering expanding its AI Center of Excellence in Kochi, focused specifically on process transformation services. “We are planning to recruit highly skilled professionals to build this capability,” he said. “We are also evaluating the possibility of opening an office outside Kerala in the near future.”

MERP Systems currently operates from a 4,000-square-feet facility in  Infopark Cherthala and employs 85 professionals nationwide. Finance Controller Rajalakshmi recalled that MERP began operations at Infopark’s Carnival Campus on a small scale eight months ago. “From this month, our operations have expanded into a larger office space with 50 additional seats,” she said.

Founded in 2010, MERP Systems has delivered mission-critical software services to several leading institutions in the United States. Major clients include the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR), California Department of Public Health (CDPH), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), National Park Service (NPS), Kenton County Airport Board, and the Washington State Gambling Commission, among others.

Last year, Omantel, Oman’s state-owned telecommunications company, signed an agreement with MERP Systems to support its digital and AI-driven transformation initiatives.

MERP Systems was founded by Nivita Ganesan and Prem Nair.
