KSUM to award grant of Rs 25 lakh to five Agentic AI solutions at Huddle Global 2025

Announcement at Agentic AI workshop organized by Prathidhwani at Technopark

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 29: Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) will provide a grant of Rs 25 lakh each for five best Agentic AI solutions to be selected at the startup festival Huddle Global 2025, to be held at Kovalam here from December 12 to 14.

This was announced by KSUM CEO Shri Anoop Ambika while inaugurating a one-day workshop on Agentic AI at Technopark here today.

The event was, organized by Prathidhwani, the welfare organization of IT Employees in Kerala, in association with career-oriented training institute TechByHeart.

The Agentic AI solutions for which the grant is to be provided will be selected at the all-India Hackathon ‘Hack 2025 Imagine’ to be conducted at the Huddle Global 2025, Shri Anoop Ambika said.

On the significance of Agentic AI, Shri Anoop Ambika noted that it helps in completing a transaction or task, according to the specifics of the work on hand.

AI Director at TechByHeart Dr Anees Mohammed elaborated on the functional aspects of and protocols of Agentic AI.

An Agentic AI functions first by understanding the problem, then creating a clear-cut plan, followed by its execution; for which Model Context Protocol (MCP)and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocol are used, said Dr Anees Mohammed.

Led by Senior AI Developers Mr Tittu A and Mr Alex V Ajith, the workshop was aimed at helping the participants to explore cutting-edge AI applications, hands-on techniques, and industry-relevant case studies.

Around 200 IT professionals from 40 companies attended the workshop.

The workshop provided a hands-on experience on Agentic AI- a transformative AI system that can act autonomously to pursue goals, make decisions, and interact with the world.

The highlight of the workshop was the full-day practical session with live hands-on activities and demos.

The event facilitated the participants to connect with fellow professionals in the IT community and understand the various professional applications of AI.

Prathidhwani Technical Forum Convener Shri Rahul Chandran and Prathidhwani President Shri Vishnu Rajendran also attended the event.
