AIDS Day awareness programme held at Government Cyberpark

Kozhikode / December 2, 2025

Kozhikode, Dec 02: As part of efforts to spread awareness and provide accurate information about HIV/AIDS, an AIDS Day awareness programme was organised at the Government Cyberpark. The event was conducted under the initiative of Limensi Technologies, based in the Cyberpark.

The session focused on topics including early detection of HIV, methods of prevention, misconceptions surrounding HIV/AIDS, and the need to eliminate social stigma associated with the illness. Limensi Technologies has been conducting AIDS awareness programmes for the past ten years.

Cyberpark COO Vivek Nair said that the private sector’s interest in creating awareness among the public, especially the youth, about such threats faced by society is commendable. Continuous awareness is the best defence against major health challenges like HIV, he added.

Limensi Technologies Managing Director and CEO Vipin Anand V P said the programme was organised to help build a society that is not only aware of the disease but also empathetic and responsible. The event called for standing up for dignity, equality, and access to accurate information.

A large number of employees from various companies within the Government Cyberpark participated in the awareness programme. Volunteers from Limensi Technologies handed out badges to employees across the campus. Company Director Sujith K presented the first badge.
