ELEVATE ’25 conclave explores human–AI future of work at Technopark

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 22: HR Evolve, the Technopark-based community of HR professionals, hosted its flagship event ‘ELEVATE ’25: Shaping the Future – Leading through the Human–AI Nexus’ at Technopark Phase I here.

The one-day conclave brought together HR leaders, industry experts, and technology practitioners to examine how the convergence of human capabilities and artificial intelligence is reshaping the world of work.

The inaugural session was attended by Mr Seeram Sambasiva Rao, IAS, Special Secretary, Electronics & IT Department, Govt. of Kerala; Col. Sanjeev Nair (Retd.), CEO, Technopark; Shri Anoop Ambika, CEO, Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM); Dr Jayasankar Prasad C, Director, Centre for Management Development (CMD); Shri Sreekumar V, Secretary, GTech, Centre Head, Tata Elxsi; Shri Deepu S Nath, MD, Faya; and Shri Raj Gopal R, Deputy Vice President & Regional Head, Federal Bank.

Ms Deepa Nair, representing HR Evolve and 6D Technologies, welcomed the gathering. The session also featured a felicitation recognising organisations certified as a Great Place to Work®.

Delivering the keynote address, Ms Nisha Gopinath, Vice President & Head of HR, IBM India & South Asia, outlined the evolving Human–AI landscape and emphasised how HR leaders can drive responsible adoption and future-ready workforce strategies. The agenda further included insightful power talks by Mr Charles Godwin (Zoho), Mr Saurabh Singh (SHRM India), and Ms Karthika Nair S, who spoke on themes such as learning reinvention, AI-enabled HR transformation, and building talent for the next era of work.

A thought-provoking panel discussion moderated by Mr Aditi Radhakrishnan brought together industry leaders Mr Jayan Nair, Mr Manoj Elanjickal, Mr Varun Palat, and Ms Karthika Nair S. The panel delved into the future of work, the Human–AI continuum, and the shifts required in leadership and organisational design.

The conclave concluded with closing remarks by Mr Mukesh Nair, HR Evolve member from Travancore Analytics. A cultural performance by the Music Band provided a vibrant finale to the day’s proceedings.
