Music Pandit CEO Serah John among Top 50 Women Leaders in India 2025

Kochi, Oct 21: Innovative online music education platform Music Pandit’s founder CEO Serah John has been honoured as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in India 2025 at the Women Leaders Summit & Awards organized by Verve Management.
Music Pandit, founded in 2021 as Bluetimbre Music Pvt Ltd, blends structured pedagogy, interactive methods and technology to make music learning joyful, engaging and impactful. Its beneficiaries comprise students across India, the Middle East, South East Asia, Australia, North America and Europe
Serah’s leadership led to rapid scaling up of Music Pandit, empowering children aged 6–14 with access to world-class music education that builds not only musical skills but also confidence, discipline and creativity.
Serah described the award as not just a personal milestone but a recognition of the collective vision and effort behind Music Pandit. “Our mission has always been to make music education accessible, engaging, and life-changing for children everywhere. Serah is an engineer and MBA graduate who transitioned from a career in corporate banking to entrepreneurship. Inspired by her own childhood experiences with music and her vision to transform how children learn, she founded Music Pandit with the belief that music should be joyful, accessible and life-changing.
Serah has been part of prestigious entrepreneurship programs, including Stanford Seed Spark, NSRCEL IIM-Bangalore’s Women Startup Program, Wadhwani Liftoff and the Kerala Startup Mission’s WE Grow Incubation Programme. She continues to be actively engaged in India’s startup ecosystem.
