TMA to host Shaping Young Minds Programme (SYMP) 2025 on Sept 26

Thiruvananthapuram, Sept 23: Shaping Young Minds Programme (SYMP) 2025,a programme to bring together distinguished achievers from diverse fields to share experiences and leadership lessons with students and young professionals, will be held here on September 26.
Trivandrum Management Association (TMA), in association with the All India Management Association (AIMA), will organise the event with an objective to provide valuable insights on self-management, career planning, and leadership to the young aspirants and professionals under the age of 30 through interactive sessions.
Shri G. Unnikrishnan, President, TMA will preside over the inaugural session to be held at Uday Palace Convention Centre, Kowdiar at 9:45 am while Shri Unnikrishnan Gopinath, Secretary, TMA will deliver the vote of thanks.
Air Marshal IP Vipin (Retd.) and Shri Madhav Sharma, Director, AIMA, will address the inaugural session.
Around 1000 delegates including invited guests, students and young professionals will attend the full day session.
Eminent speakers from various fields, who will speak at different sessions, include Ambassador Dr. Deepak Vohra, Special Advisor to the Prime Ministers of Lesotho, South Sudan & Guinea-Bissau; Mr. Richard Rekhy, former CEO, Grant Thornton Bharat; Mr. Sudhanshu Mani, creator of Vande Bharat Express and former GM, ICF Chennai;Prof Madhav C Kurup, Associate Professor, Asian School of Business, Thiruvananthapuram; and Mr. Jayant Krishna, former CEO, UK India Business Council, and Founding CEO, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
By hosting SYMP 2025, TMA reinforces its commitment to bridging the gap between young talent and real-world leadership experiences, creating a platform for the youth of Kerala to learn directly from national leaders and achievers.
