TIME Magazine Names IBS Software as One of India’s Best IT Employers of 2025

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep. 01: New York based internationally acclaimed TIME magazine has included IBS Software in the top twelve best Indian IT employers for the year 2025. The report published on August 26th, places the company alongside global giants like Google, Microsoft and SAP. Starting its journey from Technopark, Trivandrum in 1997, IBS Software is today one of the most successful corporate enterprises in the IT product landscape of India with over 5,000 employees across 17 offices world-wide.

TIME and German based market research agency, Statista complied the list of the Best Employers of 2025, based on independent employee surveys conducted in countries around the world, beginning with India, Brazil, and Australia. In India, 800,000 employer evaluations were gathered, and the 600 companies that employees were most willing to recommend were ranked on the list.
