KSUM startup Picky Assist launches WhatsApp automation platform for biz

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug. 21: Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM)-registered startup, Picky Assist, has launched its one-stop WhatsApp automation platform that enables businesses to market products and facilitates client outreach through WhatsApp.
Through this platform, ‘WhatsApp Catalog Automation,’ companies and individuals can sell their products and contact their customers for the feedback.
Mr S N Raghuchandran Nair, President, Trivandrum Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Mr Vikas Agarwal, Executive Director, BNI Trivandrum, attended the launch ceremony here.
Mr Reji Sivankutty, Founder & CEO, Picky Assist, and Ms Revathy Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO, Picky Assist, were also present.
Mr Sivankutty said by using the ‘WhatsApp Catalog Automation,’ small and big businesses can easily sell their products across the globe without the requirement of a physical store and staff.
“The platform enables users for product listing, stock management, receiving orders, payment collection, WhatsApp broadcasting to stay in touch with customers, logistics and delivery service. It can be used by unlimited users with advanced chat routing logic and can integrate with apps like Tally, billing software and CRM etc.,” he noted.
Mr Sivankutty added that the platform enhances user experience through features like interactive buttons, list menu, forms and carousel.
Picky Assist’s SaaS-based platforms are being used by 2000-plus customers in 81 countries around the globe.
Ms Sai Gadkari, Channel Partner Manager, WhatsApp Business (Meta), who attended online, and Shri Tinu Jose, CTO, Picky Assist, spoke at the workshop on ‘How to Scale & Automate Business with WhatsApp & AI,’ after the launch.
