KSUM and Startup Middle East launch Middle East Access Programme for Supply Chain & Logistics startups

Ten promising Indian startups to forge partnerships, pilot projects, and investment deals across the UAE and GCC’s most influential logistics players

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 22: Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), in collaboration with Startup Middle East, has launched the 2025 Industry Cohort Programme’s Supply Chain & Logistics vertical to empower ten high-potential Indian startups to break into the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)’s fast-evolving logistics and trade ecosystem.

The exclusive programme, with Transworld Group as the strategic industry partner, will kick-start a new era of innovation by unlocking pilot projects, forging partnerships, and providing investment opportunities with some of the region’s logistics powerhouses.

Envisioned as an industry-specific initiative, a major aim of the programme is to tap into high-impact innovation areas—from digital freight platforms and AI/ML-driven supply chain visibility to cold chain efficiency, port and yard digitization, last-mile delivery solutions, and cross-border compliance automation.

Among the major components of the programme are B2B access with curated introductions to key decision-makers in the Middle East logistics sector; domain mentorship from industry veterans and operational leaders in the region; and pilot launch pad with opportunities to validate solutions through Transworld Group’s extensive network.

Further, the initiative will facilitate pathways for direct connections to GCC-based logistics technology and infrastructure investors besides tailored support for market entry, localization, and scaling in the UAE and GCC.

The major verticals include Food & AgriTech cohort, Supply Chain & Logistics cohort and TravelTech cohort. Each vertical will feature ten handpicked, market-ready startups, selected for their growth potential and readiness to scale regionally.
