Governor to present awards at TRIMA 2025 on Wednesday

Thiruvananthapuram, July 29: ESAF Small Finance Bank has bagged the prestigious TMA–NIMS CSR Award of Trivandrum Management Association while Intellioak Technologies Pvt. Ltd. gets TMA–Adani Startup Award.

The awards were announced on Tuesday, ahead of commencement of TMA’s two-day annual Management Convention, ‘TRIMA2025,’ on July 30.

“Leadership for an Emerging World – Navigating Technology, Entrepreneurship, & Social Well-being” is the central theme of the event, coinciding with TMA’s Ruby Jubilee.

Hon’ble Governor of Kerala, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, will present the awards at the inaugural session of ‘TRIMA2025’ at Hotel O by Tamara on July 30.

These awards recognize excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Startup Innovation.

Thrissur-based ESAF Small Finance Bank has been selected for the award in recognition of its exemplary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes implemented in 2023–2024. Its CSR initiatives include Balajyothi programme, skill development and livelihoods, green energy initiatives, capacity building programmes and employee volunteering (Shramjyothi).

Intellioak Technologies, which operates as Zappyhire, was chosen for the award by recognizing its promising early-stage enterprises that exemplify innovation, social relevance, and transformative growth. Its comprehensive suite—including AI video interviews, resume parsing, chatbot-driven engagement, and automated communication—delivers a seamless and scalable hiring experience.

Meanwhile, TMA–KIMSHEALTH Theme Presentation Award will be given to students of CET School of Management (first prize joint winners) -- Mr Aravind S Asok, Ms K V Shobini, Ms Nidhi Krishnan R and the joint winners of second prize are Mr Anzil Nazar and Mr Abhijith A B, who are also students of CET School of Management. The honour acknowledges  academic excellence.
