Yoga day observed at Cyberpark

Kozhikode, June 26: As part of International Yoga Day, Government Cyberpark conducted yoga programmes in association with Isha Foundation for the employees of Cyberpark.
Classes were conducted by Isha volunteers Reneesha, Noble and Sreejith. The sessions were designed to promote physical and mental well-being, offering practical techniques for stress relief and mindfulness.
Various companies at Cyberpark also conducted similar programmes for its employees.
