Kochi, June 16: Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) today launched the website and logo of the country’s biggest generative AI hackathon, with actor Nivin Pauly formally joining the startup community ahead of the Kerala Innovation Festival (KIF-2025).

Titled ‘Hack Gen AI’, the July 19-20 event at KSUM in suburban Kalamassery is set to bring together India’s brightest tech talents, innovators and creators to develop cutting-edge solutions using generative AI technologies. The hackathon, which KSUM is organising in association with Pauly Jr and Super Bryn, offers a national platform for students, developers and early-stage startups to prototype and present impactful AI-powered solutions.

Registrations for Hack Gen AI and KIF are open at www.innovationfestival.in.

Nivin Pauly, after unveiling the logo and launching the website, hailed the state’s “vibrant innovation ecosystem” and encouraged young minds to engage in Kerala’s technology and entrepreneurship movement.

The launch of Hack Gen AI marks the beginning of KIF-2025, billed as Kerala’s largest celebration of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. Organized by KSUM, this year’s edition holds special significance as it commemorates ten years of KSUM and its mission to build one of the country’s most inclusive and grassroots-driven startup ecosystems.
