Techies’ themed pageant contest concludes at Technopark

Toppers lift Kerala Manka, Kerala Sreeman titles at grand finale

Thiruvananthapuram, Dec 18: The Malayali Manka - Kerala Sreeman 2024, a themed pageant contest exclusively for IT professionals in Kerala, concluded in a grand finale at Travancore Hall, Technopark, on Tuesday.

Divya Rose from Oracle won the Malayali Manka title while Nycil Bose from Tata Elxsi lifted the Kerala Sreeman title.

Athira A S from TCS and Akhil J Cherukunnam from EY were adjudged the first runners- up. The second runners-up were Anchana A S from Infosys and Abhijith Vijayan from SunTec Business Solution.

Over 300 contestants representing IT parks across Kerala participated in the initial round of the pageant contest from which 25 finalists competed in the final showdown.

Winners were judged by a panel featuring Bigg Boss fame Sobha Viswanath and renowned ad filmmaker Prejish Nirbhaya.

The participants competed across two challenging rounds, impressing both the audience and judges with their confidence, intelligence and connection to Kerala’s rich traditions.

TechnoparkToday and Techies Club organized and managed the beauty contest over three months, from its announcement to the grand finale. 

In addition to the main titles, several participants were honored with special recognitions for their unique qualities, including awards for Best Eyes, Best Hair, Best Smile, Best Skin, and Best Appearance, among others.

The Malayali Manka - Kerala Sreeman pageant is a prestigious event in Kerala’s IT fraternity, reflecting a harmonious blend of beauty, talent, and tradition. This year’s edition set a benchmark for inclusivity and excellence, bringing together the IT fraternity to celebrate shared cultural heritage in a unique and meaningful way.
