Milma’s delicacies to sweeten Deepavali reach outlets

Trivandrum / October 29, 2024

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 29: Ahead of the Festival of Lights, the Kerala Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (KCMMF), known by the brand Milma, has made extensive arrangements across the state to ensure availability of milk and other popular dairy products.

Milma assorted Peda pack, Coconut Burfi, Milky Jack and Gulab Jamun are a rage in the market during Deepavali season. These are available at Milma’s directly run stalls, parlours, shoppes and authorized agencies across the state.

A few months back, Milma had launched its ready-to-drink Palada payasam and Tender Coconut Ice cream, tapping into the overwhelming demand for products with unique Kerala flavour. The two delicacies and the Cashew Vita Powder launched earlier this month are the latest additions to a bouquet of products launched by Milma as part of its market outreach initiative, ‘Repositioning Milma’.

“The value-added products launched by Milma as part of its market expansion project have been received well by customers, Milma Chairman Shri K S Mani said, greeting people ahead of Deepavali and Kerala Piravi, the state-formation day, observed on November 1.

Milma’s Osmania Butter Biscuits and Butter drops which marked KCMMF’s entry into the premium segment, were also part of the ‘Repositioning Milma’ initiative, earning the federation increasing popularity.
