Technopark-based Reflections Info Systems bags Best Employer for Women Award

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 03: Technopark-based global IT solutions provider Reflections Info Systems has been conferred with the Best Employer for Women Award in Under- 500 Employees category at the 5th Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards & Conclave of Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) in New Delhi.
Over 100 companies vied for honours in various categories including the best practices for encouraging greater participation of diverse talent at the workplace.
Ms Usha Chirayil, Head of People and Culture, Reflections Info Systems and Ms Parvathy Sasidhar, WE Forum leader, received the award from Ms Delina Khongdup, Member, National Commission for Women, at the conclave held on the theme ‘Empowering the Future: Advancing Diversity & Inclusion for Sustainable Growth.’

The jury consisted of leaders of ASSOCHAM, Ms Srimathi Shivashankar, Corporate VP, HCL Technologies, Mr Gurpreet Arora, UBS Business Solutions, and Mr Ravi Bhatnagar, Director External Affairs & Partnerships, South Asia Reckitt.
