Kochi / September 30, 2024
Kochi, Sep 30: Kerala startup Thithithara.com has made it to the top 40 at the India PropTech Demo Day, a real-estate technology exhibition organized by Realtinext in Mumbai. The company is an AI-based website for Malayalis from any part of the world to buy land or accommodation in Kerala.
Thithithara, which entered the list by competing with the country's online real estate giants, provides a comprehensive service for property buyers, sellers and builders.
Abdul Harshad K, CEO and Co-Founder of the company, said Thithithara provides complication-free services from advertising a property to the completion of its registration. “At present, we manage only properties in Kerala. Soon, we plan to expand our operations to the Gulf and other countries such as Canada,” he added.
Thithithara co-founder Adnan Kotta emphasized that the startup “leverages cutting-edge technology” to enhance the real estate experience. “We offer a seamless browsing experience for customers, utilizing advanced tools such as Tharabot, our AI-based chatbot. This allows users to easily list or find properties via WhatsApp, streamlining the process and making it accessible to everyone,” he added.
Harshad and Kota, both natives of Malappuram, started in 2022 the company, which is headquartered at the Kinfra campus in Kozhikode. Tithithara is a unique ID institution of Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM).
The state has the 2006-established KSUM as the nodal agency for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities.
