This prestigious accolade is based on an in-depth employer brand perception analysis conducted by the Everest Group for Global Business Services (GBS) organizations worldwide.

The comprehensive study evaluated employer brand perception across several critical dimensions, including compensation and benefits, work environment, career development, and diversity and inclusion. The analysis incorporated feedback and reviews from both current and prospective employees, providing a well-rounded assessment of the organizations.

In addition to brand perception, the study examined the performance of GBS organizations in local talent markets, focusing on key metrics such as attrition rates, joiner-exit ratios, and overall employee satisfaction ratings.
