Kochi / July 11, 2024
Kochi, July 11: The exhibition at the two-day Gen AI Conclave organised by the Kerala Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) in collaboration with IBM in Kochi gives a glimpse of how our daily lives will be based on artificial intelligence in the near future.
It shows how the advent of technology encompasses everyone and all sectors, from cargo movement to recruitment, from the sports sector to guest workers.
On Thursday, the Minister of Industry, Law and Coir, P Rajeeve, unveiled a tennis table built on IBM's WatsonX platform and set up at the starting point of the Conclave.
This tennis table is all about AI. It can access hundreds of data, such as speed, ball landings, points, angles, and accuracy of two or four players.
Here, you see the most used AI tools for data analysis in sports worldwide.
The show's star is a 15-year-old boy named Uday Shankar, who created a Gen AI app at an early age and acquired a patent.
The child entrepreneur’s home-based startup, Urav Advanced Learning Systems, has already developed over 15 apps.
In the recruiting field, there are technologies that help to find suitable profiles of skilled workers from LinkedIn, find the right workers from the applications received, and conduct interviews through chatbots.
Gen AI also provides comprehensive information on cargo movement at seaports, cargo lorry tracking, supporting documents in digital formats, and the driver's FaceID.
The AI technology also contributed India's first-ever Mobility as a Service (MaaS) Explorer, which includes e-payment, bus tracking, onward journeys, congestion analysis, etc.
Prijith and Athira, founders of Docker Vision, said the importance of Gen AI technology is that many procedures that used to take hours can now be done in minutes.
BuildNext Constructions Solutions provides a master plan for building a house or building on your own land in minutes. It has already designed over 100 buildings using the technology.
The exhibitor startups also include AiWhiz Solutions, Ammras Software Solutions, Athachi, Billionlives Business Initiatives, Codeofduty Innovations, Gaude Business & Infrastructure Solutions, Hireflexglobal, Ionaught Technologies, Lares.ai, Mandara.ai (Styavent Innovation), Paradym.ai, Picky Assist, Skysmile Technologies, Third Day Academy, Todo Sales App – Sales DAD ai, Tuttifrutti Interactive, Xplor Rides and Zedilab Software Systems.
