IBS Software Bags Prestigious TMA CSR Award 2024 for its Futurepoint Initiative

Thiruvananthapuram, May 16: Digital technology provider to the global travel industry, IBS Software has bagged the prestigious CSR award instituted by Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) for the year 2024 in recognition of its “commendable social outreach activities, especially its ‘Futurepoint’ initiative, the impact it created to the community and the difference it made to the lives of underprivileged people”.
The award was received by Ms Latha Rani, VP & Centre Head, IBS Software, from Kerala Governor Shri Arif Mohammed Khan at the Annual Management Convention of TMA here today.
IBS’s Futurepoint initiative, inaugurated by the Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan in 2022, is a Centre of Excellence in Skilling established in Cochin. The centre, which has gained a wide acceptance over the past two years, imparts capability-building programs that helps the underprivileged youth, college dropouts, unemployed women achieve professional skills and behavioural competence to earn a decent livelihood of their choice.
The various CSR initiatives of IBS Software named CANDLE (Care & Love), has currently over 15 projects running benefitting over 2200 children and 300 young adults providing them with better education, health care facilities and a good environment to grow up.
