Entries invited for global Autism short film fest

Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 06: The Centre for Autism and other Disabilities Rehabilitation Research and Education (CADRRE), a not-for-profit organization based in Kerala capital, has invited entries for the international short film festival on Autism to be held here.

The CADRRE International Filmlet festival on Autism (CIFA 2024) is aimed to spread the message of inclusion for people in the autism spectrum to the community as well as the world. 

Short films with one to five minutes duration that explore the diverse narratives and experiences related to Autism in a positive manner can be submitted to Filmlet.

The festival will award the best film with a cash prize and an official certificate of recognition. An esteemed jury, comprising experts in the fields of film and autism, will adjudge the winners. 

The award ceremony will be conducted on April 2, 2024, marking the World Autism Awareness Day.

Last date for submission of entries is February 29, 2024.
