Indroyal Properties completes The Uptown project in Kerala capital

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 03: Real estate major Indroyal Properties Ltd, owned by UAE-based Indroyal Group, has completed its premium luxury apartment project, The Uptown, in Kerala’s capital. The key handing over ceremony will be held on November 4.

Actor Suraj Venjaramoodu will be the chief guest at the ceremony, scheduled at 6 pm, at the project site in Mulavana in the city, Shri Sugathan Janardhanan, Chairman, Indroyal Group, told a press conference last evening. 

Noting that The Uptown project is a coalesce of modern design, nobility and charm, Shri Sugathan Janardhanan said the prestige project, which has 217 apartments, offers immaculate cosy living with snazzy facilities on par with global standards. 

Situated in the heart of the city on PMG-Kannamoola Road, The Uptown boasts of eco-friendly construction with facilities like rainwater harvesting and perfect energy efficient systems.

According to Shri Sugathan Janardhanan, the project is by all means, the final word for premium luxury living with state-of-the-art facilities. “Each apartment has been designed to ensure quality, grandeur and safety right from the outset of its design. Besides, natural light and air will reach all rooms,” he added.

The salient features of The Uptown project include an air-conditioned and wi-fi enabled posh lobby with specially trained facility management staff to take care of the property, thus providing the best service to residents. 

The safety and security features of the project include video door phone enabled front doors with digital locking system, HD IP cameras for surveillance, Toshiba elevators, motion sensor lights in lobby, magnetic door stoppers, and gas leak detecting sensors. 

Shri Sunny George, Executive Director, Indroyal Group and Shri S. Madhavan Pillai, CEO, were also present at the media briefing.
