Meets planned on July 19, 20 put off in deference to Ex-CM Chandy

Thiruvananthapuram, July 18: In view of the sad demise of former Chief Minister Shri Oommen Chandy, the Local Self Government Department (LSGD) has postponed the meetings connected with the ‘Malinya Muktham Nava Keralam’ campaign scheduled for July 19 and 20.
The meetings were planned by Minister for Local Self Government and Excise Shri M B Rajesh with leaders of various organisations to ensure greater public participation in the ongoing waste-free campaign.
Fresh dates of the postponed meetings will be announced later.
