CM hands over three-wheel scooter to lottery vendor

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr.05: Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today handed over a three-wheel scooter, sponsored by Technopark-based vertical platform for the car parking Way.com, to a differently-abled lottery vendor as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of the firm, at the government secretariat here today.
Anchuthengu native Shri Rahim had made a request to the Chief Minister’s Officeseeking the possibility of getting a three-wheel scooter as part of the government’s welfare programmes for the differently abled persons. When the management of Way.com came to know about this, it immediately agreed to provide a three-wheel vehicle to Rahim as part of its CSR activities.
Shri K K Ragesh, Private Secretary to the Chief Minister, Shri P Sasi, Political Secretary to the Chief Minister, Shri Binu Girija, CEO, Way.com, and Shri Balagopal KS, Country Head, India, were also present on the occasion.
Shri Binu said he is extremely happy to present the vehicle to Rahim as the company was committed to CSR activities that bring about a qualitative change in the lives of people who need support. He also thanked the Chief Minister’s Office for agreeing to the company’s proposal.
