Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 9: The National Institute of Speech and Hearing is organising a 32-hour introductory/basic course in Indian Sign Language for the public. The first 30 applicants will be admitted to the course. Preference will be given to parents or siblings of deaf children.
The fee for the class commencing from September 19 is Rs 1,000. Classes are scheduled from 2 pm to 4 pm on Saturdays at NISH campus located in Ulloor-Akkulam road, Sreekaryam.
