Amrita Civil Service Academy Opens Applications for New Batch

Thiruvananthapuram, Sept 18: Amrita Civil Service Academy has invited applications for its second batch of aspirants for the 2018 UPSC Civil Services examination.

The training will begin in the first week of October.  Graduates or postgraduates in any discipline are eligible to apply.

The institute has built up a stellar reputation in preparing  candidates for the country’s most prestigious examination and has contributed to the current trend of aspirants from Kerala staying back to get  trained in the State itself instead of going to centres like Delhi for quality training. Twelve out of eighteen IAS aspirants trained by the Amrita  Academy cleared this year’s examinations and are getting ready to take up top administrative posts in the country.

Resource persons at the Academy are drawn from major education centres like Delhi, Calcutta and Chennai. Classes for much sought-after optional subjects like Anthropology, Sociology and Geography are also held in the Academy, which is located near Cotton Hill Girls High School in the city. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, library, digital learning equipment, hostel, food and transportation.
